Raw fruit and vegetables

There is a much broader variety of recipes in presenting raw fruit and vegetables than one thinks.
For breakfast we offer a dish with mixed fruit and you may have a cup of tea or a glass of mineral water with it.

For dinner and supper our guests can choose between different kinds of fresh salads and fruit.

We also offer raw soups, filled vegetables, sprouts, nuts, freshly squeezed juices and our home-made dressings and mayonnaises give every meal a very tasty touch. Every meal is prepared without any sugar and vinegar and of course we use finest oils only.

Finally you will enjoy our home-made deserts like choclate or vanilla pudding, fruit salads and for example coconutbanana with a puree of pears.
